As part of this effort, the Group is strengthening its collaboration with Palsgaard Spær A/S, a Danish company specializing in engineered timber structures and prefabricated building systems.

    This relationship goes beyond procurement. It is a capacity-building and knowledge transfer partnership designed to modernize housing delivery in Ghana. By adopting Palsgaard’s expertise in prefabricated beams, panels, and roofing modules, Adom Group is positioning itself to deliver more sustainable and efficient housing solutions.

    In September 2025, a delegation from Adom City Estate, a subsidiary of Adom Group, will travel to Denmark for a second round of engagements with Palsgaard Spær. The program includes technical meetings, procurement planning, and site visits to projects that demonstrate how Palsgaard’s systems are applied in practice. These discussions will ensure that the solutions are tailored to Ghana’s building standards and housing needs.

    Adom Group of Companies, the parent company of Adom City Estate, has taken another bold step in its transition towards sustainable real estate development through a new strategic partnership with SolarLab, a leading Danish firm specializing in solar facades and photovoltaic solutions for buildings.

    The partnership aims to accelerate the integration of renewable energy technologies into Adom Group’s housing and infrastructure projects, advancing Ghana’s sustainable development goals while delivering affordable, eco-friendly housing to the market.

    As part of this collaboration, Adom Group has selected a high-level delegation to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark. The visit will include technical demonstrations, prototype inspections, and joint planning sessions at SolarLab’s research facilities.

    Speaking on the partnership, Dr. Bright Adom, CEO of Adom Group, emphasized that the collaboration is a milestone in the Group’s transition from traditional building approaches to green, energy-efficient solutions.

    • Mr. Joseph Edem Klu – Group Head, Business Development, IT & Digital Solutions

    ADOM City Estate has observed this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness month with a sensitisation campaign and screening programme for its female staff.

    This is in line with the vision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Dr Bright Adom, who believes that the welfare of human beings is paramount and the fact that females constitute a greater percentage of the company’s workforce.

    In her presentation, a midwife from the Adabraka Polyclinic, Esther Opoku, enumerated the symptoms of breast cancer which included change in the size, shape or contour of the breast; a lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm, among other things.

    She also educated the staff on factors that predisposed women to breast cancer among which were: exposure to dangerous chemicals, excessive use of lifestyle body enhancing products, and alcoholism.

    She added that women at the age of 50 and above stood a higher risk of getting breast cancer.
    Ms Opoku gave hope to all persons living with the condition, saying early detection could save a life.

    Adom City Estate has confirmed the appointment of Prince Kwasi Gyente Asare as Project Manager in charge of Sustainable Housing, a role he assumed in 2022. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to advancing environmentally responsible housing solutions in Ghana.

    Mr. Asare joined Adom City Estate in 2018 and has since contributed significantly to the company’s construction and project delivery operations. With his strong background in project execution and housing development, he brings valuable experience to his current leadership role.

    He is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he earned a BSc in Building Technology.

    Through his leadership, Adom City Estate is enhancing its capacity to deliver innovative, affordable, and sustainable housing while aligning with Ghanaian building standards and international best practices.
