K. A. Brokerage is a Property Consulting Firm in Ghana with expertise in Property Brokerage (or Estate Agency), Property Valuation, Building Surveying, Property and Facilities Management and Post Loss Surveying.
Although we provide consulting services aside Estate Agency, one of our goals is to redefine the image of Estate Agency in Ghana.
Very few Professional Estate Agency practices can be found in the country. For most people who have ever engaged an Estate Agent in Ghana before, the experience is not pleasant, and clients often walk way disappointed with the poor quality of service. It is not uncommon to find ‘No Agents Wanted’ in property related adverts in the local newspapers because of the activities of some estate agents which has caused mistrust and disaffection among property owners.
